Arkay “Litvir is down…” “Where is he?” “I do not know. I will be honest, I am somewhat lost. I cannot find where Retvik took Litvir, and I believe that Phovos is loose again, despite me having knocked her out and kept her down.” “Oh. That’s not good.” Eksi and Teekay both glanced at each other. … Read more
I don’t want to. What do you mean, you don’t want to? Of course you want to. I don’t want to. I just don’t. Why not? To hunt is your deepest instinct. You want to hunt. Why deny it? I normally get to choose what I hunt though. I don’t want to hunt them. Again, … Read more
Heavy footsteps pounded down the dark, cramped corridor, sending echoes bouncing off the stone walls. The owner of the footsteps growled aggressively, getting angrier with each passing moment. “I expected you to run, but not for this long, Litvir. Submit yourself to me, and I will make your death quick. Agonizing, but quick.” “I will … Read more
Eksi sighed to himself as yet another fireball whizzed past his head. It had been a good couple of minutes that Eksi had been sitting there, behind some ruined cover, while the Mage of the Dessaron spammed balls of various elements in his direction. Occasionally, Eksi would lean over the cover and fire back with … Read more
“I did not know you could breathe fire.” Relkir ducked and weaved past streams of flames, making sure to keep his wings tucked in. Occasionally, he would return fire using his own gun staff, but his weaponry seemed to do nothing to slow the Raptor down. Every projectile that connected instantly healed up, leaving no … Read more
Teekay blinked several times, then picked himself up off the floor. Everything around him seemed to be cold, black stone. The floor beneath him felt cool and damp, and drips of unknown fluids dribbled from the ceiling. Unsure where he was, his first action was to send a telepathic message, to find his friends. “Uh, … Read more
“So let me get this straight, you have a massive lift all the way into your throne room?” After a stupidly long ascent, Litvir and his team found themselves standing in front of a pitch black entity, adorned in golden horns and antlers, sitting on top of a throne made from various golden weapons. The … Read more
“Hey Arkay, you used to be a death god, what are your thoughts on necromancy?” Arkay glanced up from his bowl of noodles, still chewing. “What?” “You know, necromancy. Bringing the dead back to life. Creating zombies. Making skeleton armies!” Kallis seemed particularly bouncy as he sat down next to Arkay with a bag of … Read more
“Hello? Anyone here?” Eksi tapped on the rear entrance of the Dessaron ship. He didn’t expect it to open or anything, but Litvir had insisted that Eksi have a feel around anyway, despite the ship being seemingly abandoned. And by feeling around, Eksi was doing just that, using his telepathy to feel through the ship … Read more
“This does not look right…” Litvir glanced down at the control panel, then looked out the window. “This does not look right at all.” “What’s wrong?” Eksi asked, fidgeting in his seat. “The coordinates they gave us were correct. And we can see their ship down there.” Relkir and Teekay both also looked out of … Read more
Dear diary, I’m normally too busy to write in a diary or anything like that, but I feel I need to. Everything has been damn awful. I do my best to put on my rougish smile, but this really takes the biscuit. Let’s recap on how I got here. Here being, well, horrible. It all … Read more
“I didn’t know that you knew how to fly one of these things!” Eksi beamed as he strapped himself in. “Is it hard?” Litvir shook his head. “No, not really. Galyn taught me a while back. I just have not had the chance to fly recently.” “Have you crashed into anything?” Eksi was very curious. … Read more
“Litvir. Please come in.” Litvir glanced around as he entered Galyn’s office. Something was definitely wrong, he could sense the emotional aura that Galyn was emitting. “Is something wrong, ser?” Litvir decided to try and get to the point straight away. The aura was almost overwhelming, but it was most likely that Galyn had no … Read more
“They have been gone for too long.” Galyn stood on the pier where ships were quietly parked, away from the splendors of Kinisis’s oasis. He was staring into the vast darkness before him, shifting awkwardly from side to side. “Who have?” Galyn paused for a moment, having thought that he was alone. Behind him was … Read more
Arkay yawned as he turned over in bed. He’d just heard a beeping noise coming from his communicator and it had stirred him from his slumber. It was probably for the best though, as it was 11am and Arkay had meant to get up earlier. With another yawn, Arkay reached for his communicator and flicked … Read more
