Decay Lord Typings
Psion – Telepathy and Telekinesis users
Flame – General fire or plasma powers
Tox – Beings that create venoms, poisons, sedatives and other toxins
Guide – Weaker psionic users that specialize in telekinetic and predictive movement to block damage, while supporting their team mates physically and emotionally
Volt – Electricity powers, lightning summoners, speedsters and teleporters
Shifter – Beings that focus on shapeshifting and form-changing, as well as social manipulation
Wire – Electronic or technological-based abilities, technology control and manipulation, instant hacking skills, often overlaps with a Volt
Shade – Shadow or darkness powers and manipulation, shadow-teleportation
Grav-Mag – gravity, magnetism or electro-magnetism powers, other fundamental forces, can occasionally include radiation
Snowdrop – Ice powers, temperature manipulation
Torrent – Water powers
Lith – Stone or earth powers, sometimes nicknamed as Stones, Stonehearts or Pebbles
Soarer – Winged beings, draconic entities that aren’t Time Drakes
Gust – Air, wind or gas-based powers
Fae – Light-based abilities
Heavy – Weapons-based abilities, mostly focused on guns and projectiles
Blade – Weapons-based abilities, focused on swords and bladed melee weapons
Shield – Weapons-based abilities, focused on defensive weaponry, shields and summoning armour
Gardener – plant-based abilities
Sneak – Beings that have stealth-focused abilities
Blaster – Explosion-based powers, sometimes called Creepers
Allier – Summoning and conjuring abilities, the power to create or summon mindless allies
Mimic – Borrowing abilities from other Decayons. Not to be confused with Amalgam/Hybrid Mimics, which can also borrow abilities from Life Goddesses, Voidborns or Time Drakes.
Divine Guardian Typings
Genera – General Guardian
Taker – Ship pilot or other navigational duties
Double – Personal body guard or body double
Carrier – Steeds and other entities that physically carry a target
Brute – Particularly large guards designed to intimidate
Sniper – Guardian with ranged abilities that protects from a distance
Sentinel – Larger Guardian who remains by the target’s side, but is not a body double
Brains – Smaller Guardian who keeps all other Guardians organized
Voidborn Typings
Youngling – Voidborn younger than 500 year-strings old
Bound – Voidborn bound to a specific universe
Partnered – Voidborn bound to a Life Goddess that is not within a universe
Culted – Voidborn that belongs to a Voidborn cult
Plated – Voidborns that belong to the Chrysem Eternatum, the Silver Ancients, Skotum Asimenum and their sub-cults
Xataran – Voidborns that belong to the Phthoraion Expurgatanum and its sub-cults, specializing in destroying Corruption
Adogtic – Free Voidborns which have renounced their ties to a cult
Time Drake Typings
Macro-Fragmented – Specializes in future sight and seeing events that happen in the distance past or within 1 year-string into the future, struggles with low-duration
Mid-Fragmented – Specializes in mid-distance accurate future sight up to 2000 hours, uses prediction for anything past that, can see distant past events.
Short-Fragmented – Specializes in short-distance highly accurate future sight up to 200 hours, uses prediction for anything past that, can see distant past events.
Short-Mid-Term United – A midway point between Short- and Mid-Fragmented that gets less accurate the further they look
Short-Term Adaptive – Specializes in vastly short term (<1 second) visions and manipulations to protect from harm, but relies on predictive measures for anything further ahead than 30 seconds.
Common Corruption Strains
Pantolou – the most common strain of Corruption
Phthoratha – the second most common strain, is known to lurk in dark places and catch unweary explorers
Beliyave – a common strain that is particularly weak to fire but is otherwise hard to remove once one is infected
The Hungering Indifference – a unique strain that dulls all senses and replaces all emotions with hunger as it spreads
The Unending Ancient One – an incredibly ancient strain that is known to counter and consume other strains
The Vast Hungering One – a strain that evolved from the Unending Ancient One and is both very common and spreads very quickly, but dies off somewhat easily
Nekro-Kiniseon – a new, vastly infectious strain that hits hard and fast
