“I am not sure I fully understood what you just said…” Litvir rubbed his eyes as he went through a list of things with Teekay, Elkay, Eksi and Elksia. “You… want me to spend the hour before the ceremony drinking alcohol?” Teekay and Eksi nodded enthusiastically. Elkay nodded as well but without nearly as much … Read more
Really, the day had been a bit of a blur for Kuta. So much had happened. A demotion. A promotion. A mission brief. A change of armour. A layer of paint and varnish. A trip to the space port. A flight. A lot of things. Kuta was now sitting in an empty hotel room in … Read more
“I hate to bother you, Retvik, but can you come with me for a bit?” It was about midnight, Retvik wasn’t really sure, but that familiar thump as Kuta shadowjumped into his bedroom and hit the deck had woken him up. “Are you alright, Kuta? Retvik immediately asked as he threw his blanket off himself. … Read more
“How much is your rent?” Kayel had admittedly forgotten that he’d let the God of Decay stay in his apartment. But to be fair, Arkay had been the perfect room mate. Apart from the pillow and the light blanket on the sofa, one wouldn’t have known Arkay was there. He spent most of his time … Read more
Kuta was not at all surprised when, the moment they reappeared back in their apartment after a nice evening with their poten-partner and their friends, that they got a phone call. “Thank the Light, I am so glad to be-” Retvik suddenly paused as he realized that Kuta had completely passed out and collapsed on the floor in front of him. “So why did you accompany us, Tah?” Tah shrugged as he followed Retvik around the mall, occasionally teleporting forward to catch up. “Why did you insist that Litvir not come on this trip?” That was a good question. Retvik wasn’t sure if he could answer it right away. Not because Tah was a bad person … Read more
Thassalin had been brooding for a while, licking his wounds, mostly his pride.
