Adventures in the Space Between Universes
“Hmph. I thought we got rid of you?” Elkay didn’t normally do border patrols, but today he was giving Litvir and Aster a hand because they’d asked for his help. Litvir very rarely needed help on border patrols, but the tone of their voice as it echoed through Elkay’s communicator had forced him to get … Read more
“A ball…” Litvir wasn’t sure what they were looking at, except that it was a big, round, white ball. Weird things broke into the universe all the time, but Litvir couldn’t work out how this ball had gotten in. The problem wasn’t so much that it was there though, it was that the ball was … Read more
“Litvir, may we have a word with you?” Litvir thought they were finished with office work today, but just as they were about to leave, they felt a tap on their shoulder. “So, uh, is anyone else concerned?” “Always. But I take it you are concerned about something in particular, Aster?” Not all of the Twelve Anew were present in the Great Library Just South of the Centre of the Universe today. The female members of the Twelve Anew were at a Okilyf Party, some sort of … Read more
“Well, you’re fucked.” Panos rolled his eyes. “That’s a very crude way of putting it.” Aesop leaned on the desk of the Prime Minister, standing over Panos. Ever since he’d become a deity, despite being above middle-aged, Aesop had become rather muscular and, incredibly physically powerful, to the point that he looked intimidating and had … Read more
Dalosisaar had been slacking at his job of being the god of unity lately, so he had been going to each other member of the Twelve Anew and speaking to them, to make sure they were alright and so they could air out any grievances or problems. However, because of a recent… event, Dalosisaar had … Read more
“Ugh, we need one more person for a galleon and no one’s interested!” Aesop tutted. “Have you asked everyone?” Kohra asked as he set up a fourth computer. He, Elkay and Aesop had their personal laptops set up already. “Also, why are we all chilling at Elkay’s library anyway?” “Epani wants us to spend the … Read more
“That was a really nice ceremony!” Kohra mused as he sipped a glass of diet cola. He had wanted normal cola, but apparently full sugar cola was rare in Rethan territories. And … Read more
Litvir had still felt sad and a bit bruised, but as soon as they saw their beloved mama and dada, sitting on a golden glass beach under a beautiful clear night sky, that sadness and pain very quickly faded. “Dalosisaar, start explaining, NOW.” The Thraki god of unity actually found himself shuddering at how intense Elkay had just shouted at him. He wasn’t alone there. Litvir shuddered as consciousness returned to them. They were experiencing something new. All-over body aches. Litvir had felt pains in their body before, mostly from tussling with metal meanies at the edge of the universe, but Litvir normally won those fights, and the pain would only be in several places. Right now, Litvir hurt everywhere. … Read more

They hopped like a rabbit up to their … Read more
